Today (Monday, 6th August 2007), my friend Tarang and myself decided to go to Coit Tower from our office (1, market st) right after the lunch. We finished the round trip walk just within 1 hour. This gave us the tempo to continue these kind of walks to closeby prominent places once a week.
We thought of blogging our walks. This is our first one.
We walked/climbed about 3 miles. We walked less steep route by walking on Montgomery street most of the time. On our way back, climbed down the steep steps from the tower and came back on battery street.
We saw KPIX 5 building, Levis office building etc on our way.
Temparature was in 60's and made our walk very pleasant. It was a great feeling after finishing the walk.
